The facilities available are water, private kitchen, an outdoor table and a barbecue for grilling with your friends. The area is fenced off, so you can sleep soundly. It is definitely the ideal place from which to leave by mountain bike or ebike to travel the wonderful paths of the Livorno hills, or visit the hermitage of sambuca reachable through a wonderful hike directly from the cottage or the aqueduct Leopoldino in Colognole ten minutes away by bike or through a path in an hour's walk or d summer reach in max 20 minutes by bike or car the beautiful cliffs south of Livorno, calafuria, calignaia or the city of Pisa or all the wonderful Tuscany. A few meters away you will find a horse trail from which you can reach different destinations in the Livorno hills riding your horse.
