Treehouse in Val di Cornia

Within a private courtyard of approximately 2000 square metres is a small wooden tree house on stilts. Ideal for a wonderful holiday devoted to a combination of comfort and outdoor living. The perfect relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The cottage has a double bed. There are no toilets in the room, which are outside and consist of a small bathroom with washbasin, pilot and wooden outdoor shower. Inside the courtyard you will find a small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and everything you need for cooking (crockery and cutlery) except edibles. The area is surrounded by 2 m high wire mesh so even animals can relax without any danger. There is a barbecue area with tables and chairs for the common use of all guests. Parasols and sun loungers are provided for your relaxation. Reading areas with sofas and armchairs.

The house is about two kilometres from the village of Venturina Terme where there are supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations and bike hire. You can enjoy Venturina Terme or visit the small medieval villages of Campiglia Marittima, Suvereto, Piombino, Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Massa Marittima and Sassetta. About 5 km to the south, you can find the Sterpaia beaches along the Gulf of Follonica. Going north instead, you can visit the beaches of Baratti and visit the Etruscan archaeological sites of Baratti and Populonia. About 10 km away you will find the beaches in the Rimigliano natural park. For relaxing evenings, you can dine and stroll in the towns of San Vincenzo, Follonica and Piombino. About 15 km away you can reach the port where you will find the ship for the island of Elba. After the crossing, which takes about an hour, you will reach the port of Portoferraio where you will find tourist buses and vehicle hire. In the surrounding area there are numerous walking or cycling routes to visit the coast and the most hidden coves such as Pozzino and buca delle Fate. The tree house can host up to two people because there is no space for a third bed, but if you have a baby or a little child and he/she can sleep in the bed with you, it is okay for me.
