Property Description We have ample space within our property located in the western part of Sicily. The Giardino del Sossio is a green space in the Marsala area where you can have ample space for your tent, camper or caravan. Lots of greenery is available in this fantastic garden where you can enjoy peace and relaxation surrounded by nature. Services For our guests we provide the use of the communal bathroom and outdoor tables where you can enjoy dinners in company. There is a barbecue for guests. On request we provide breakfast. Surroundings Located in a strategic position in the centre of the province of Marsala, it offers you the possibility of visiting short-range historical sites such as Selinunte, Mazara del Vallo, Segesta, the medieval Erice, the indescribable sea of San Vito Lo Capo, the Natural Reserve of the Zingaro Park). Marsala is one of the main centres in Sicily for its historical, monumental and landscape heritage: the historical centre is unmissable, rich in evidence of Punic, Roman, Arab, Norman and Spanish civilisations. Worth visiting is the splendid Mozia, a Phoenician colony immersed in the Stagnone lagoon, the home of surfers, surrounded by the thousand colours of the salt marshes at sunset, with pink flamingos circling among the windmills. Home of the eponymous D.O.C. wine, obtained after years of ageing in oak barrels: don't miss the historic cellars such as Florio, Donnafugata and Pellegrino. From the port of Marsala you can also reach the Egadi Islands, with Favignana, Levanzo and wild Marettimo, in a few minutes.
