Our farmhouse and B&B "La mia Casa nelle Marche" is located on the Piceno hills 1km from the town of Ripatransone and 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Grottammare, Cupra and San Benedetto del Tronto. In addition to the rooms, we offer a space to park your camper with the use of a bathroom with shower, also outside in our garden, power socket, and on request breakfast for €8 per person or evening barbecue for €17 per person.

The services available are water, electricity, pillows, blankets, a reserved car park and breakfast. You will have a private bathroom. Outside you will find a table. The experience is suitable for couples, families with children, groups of friends, but also solo travellers.

The privileged geographical position allows a wide and suggestive panoramic view, so much so that the city deserves the nickname "Belvedere del Piceno". Walking along the panoramic ring road of the town it is possible to admire a 360° panorama that ranges from the Gran Sasso and Majella to the south, the Sibillini Mountains to the west, Conero and Titano to the north and the Adriatic Sea to the east. In exceptional visibility conditions, from the highest points, it is also possible to see the Gargano and the Dinaric Alps of Dalmatia. Other panoramic points can be appreciated from Colle Belvedere, from the Ex-Acli garden and Colle San Nicolò. From here it is also possible to admire the Calanchi, typical formations of the Marche Region. The Protected Floristic Area of the Woods between Cupra Marittima and Ripatransone (SIC - Site of Community Interest) and the Selva dei Frati Cappuccini fall within the municipal territory of Ripatransone. The first represents an ideal place to come into contact with unspoiled nature and can be explored on foot or by mountain bike thanks to a dense network of paths called the Piceni Rings.
