Glamping in the Langhe

The Podere del Vescovo is a historic 18th century residence overlooking the Langhe in a wonderful setting. Ten minutes from the most visited places such as Barolo, Monforte and Novello. Here you can stop with your tents. From the pitches the breathtaking view and the presence of various animals in the wild such as horses and alpacas will allow you to try a unique experience in a magical environment. The Romero/Delacruz family who have traveled a lot around the world, now with their two small children welcomes wayfarers who are in turn ready to get to know and taste the delicacies and curiosities of the company and the area.

The services available are water, electricity, lighting, a reserved car park and breakfast. You will have a shared bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator. Outside you will find a table. There is a well-stocked playground for children, a barbecue area and a functioning antique oven. You can also go for walks with alpacas and learn natural riding with the herd of horses in the wild, or saddle baptisms for the little ones. You can have breakfast and snacks like in the past. In the farm it is possible to learn about the wild breeding of the Piedmontese black pig, a true excellence recently rediscovered by the greatest chefs in the area. The experience is suitable for couples, families with children, groups of friends, but also solo travellers. Your four-legged friends are welcome.

It is the ideal starting point to get to know the Langa by bike, on foot or on horseback with paths in the woods with pleasant ups and downs suitable even for the less experienced. You say Langhe and you say wine… but also hazelnuts, without a shadow of a doubt! Here, as in other areas of Lower Piedmont, the Tonda Gentile Trilobata is grown, a PGI hazelnut which represents one of the gastronomic excellences of our country. It is highly recommended to organize a visit to a hazelnut farm to find out all about this delicacy
