You will have electricity, drinking water and a shared bathroom at your disposal. Bicycles and motorbikes can be stored indoors and locked. You can use a washing machine and dryer. On request sweet or savory breakfast at € 5.00 per person. The garden is enclosed therefore safe and very peaceful. Your bicycles and motorbikes can be repaired in a locked box. The experience is suitable for couples, families with children, groups of friends, but also solo travellers. Your four-legged friends are welcome.

Possibility to walk to the train station to easily reach the art cities of Treviso and Venice. Ebikes can be rented for excursions in the hills or mountains. About half an hour's drive away is the Valdobbiadene area (Unesco heritage) where Prosecco wine is produced. Visits and purchases can be made at the cellars in the area. An excursion in the Cansiglio forest, a plateau in the Belluno pre-Alps, or reaching the Ampezzo basin almost two hours away by road is recommended. Here lovers of extreme sports and excursions can indulge themselves both in summer and in winter.
