Welcome to our private area situated on a small hill. A haven of tranquillity in the midst of nature offering a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. LOCATION: Our spot is less than 4 km from the historic centre of Cividale del Friuli, a Lombard town and UNESCO World Heritage Site, which we recommend you visit! At the foot of the hill there are several wineries producing excellent wines, and about 12 km away is the famous Collio Friulano area. In addition, the Slovenian border is very close; you can reach the village of Caporetto in only 35 minutes. This spot is also ideal for those who want to go on a nice cycling or hiking trip. We provide you with directions via a handy app to guide you through the trails. Animals are also allowed and welcome. There is plenty of space at the location for them to run around and have fun. SERVICES: Drinking water: Available throughout the complex. Security: The entire area is under video surveillance and the entrance gate is closed during the night to ensure maximum security. Electricity: Dedicated electrical sockets are available. Relaxation areas: Spacious terraces furnished with tables and outdoor furniture for relaxing moments or enjoying the sunset accompanied by a nice barbecue. DRAINAGE FACILITIES NEARBY: We do NOT have on-site drains, but you can use these facilities in Cividale del Friuli, less than 5 minutes away.
