A glamping tent in a dream landscape

The Podere di Maggio is located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, an ancient volcano of great beauty. In this marvellous landscape, under ancient chestnut trees, there is a large cotton tent placed on a large wooden terrace, raised above the ground and with a breathtaking view. The tent has a diameter of 5 metres, a height of 3.5 metres in the middle and is equipped with a bed for 2 persons, 2 single beds, floor mats, electricity and water. The tent is guaranteed to be waterproof and the thickness of the canvas offers sufficient protection against wind and weather. In front of the tent you will find a large terrace with a dining table, chairs, deckchairs and a parasol. Each tent has a maximum of privacy. The large communal kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and there is a private fridge for each tent. The bathrooms are also private for each tent. The landscape around is truly old-fashioned: woods, chestnut groves, olive groves and streams that flow towards the river 10 minutes from the tent. Here you can bathe in clean water in the middle of the woods. Closer to the tent there are 2 swimming pools available, both with a phyto-purification system, so no chlorine, salt or chemicals. The pools offer a beautiful view of the valley. A half-hour drive away are the various hot-water spas such as Saturnia and Bagni San Filippo. The sea with its beautiful beaches is about an hour away.
