Experience description:
During the lesson we will prepare meat sauce following the Neapolitan tradition. We will prepare fresh pasta and learn how to make fusilli. At the end of the lesson, we will taste our dish accompanied by a glass of good Vesuvian wine. The lesson will be held by Simona, an agrichef coldiretti, who runs the farm. We will use fresh produce from the farm to prepare the dish.
