"Structure Description In the beautiful setting of the Maremma oasis, lies Triana, a hamlet of the Italian municipality of Roccalbegna, in the province of Grosseto. Casa Bindi is located in a strategic and panoramic position, opposite the castle of Triana, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, an oasis in the oasis between parks, the valleys of the Albegna and Fiora rivers, a stone's throw from the Terme di Saturnia, at the foot of Mount Amiata and Mount Labbro. The structure is a villa on 3 hectares of land, offering hospitality and services both inside and outside the structure. The structure offers pitches for tents, campers and caravans, but at the same time there are also rooms and flats. Facilities For vehicles, the maximum permitted length is 4 metres and water and electricity connections are provided. The pitch is on an unpaved surface. Various extra services are provided for a fee such as: electricity, water and drinking water, wifi, shared fridge and kitchen, private kitchen, private and/or shared bathroom, washing machine, breakfast, outside tables, car parking, barbecue, pillows and blankets, playground and fenced area. Pets are welcome but an extra charge applies. There are limited shaded areas for the vehicle parking area. The host warns guests that wild animals may roam within the grounds surrounding the property, i.e. in the forest, meadow or pine forest. Within the property there are various animals such as free-roaming cats, a donkey and a goat in their own enclosures. These animals allow the facility to offer additional services such as an educational farm and pet therapy. In addition, the property offers its guests its own home restaurant as an extra. Surroundings In the neighbouring villages with a distance of between 5-15 km you can find all the services you need for your stay. Also within this distance are swimming pools and sports centres. In the vicinity it is possible to go on nature excursions in the Monte Amiata wildlife park or visit the David Lazzaretti hermitage. The provincial capital Grosseto is only 51 km away and certainly worth a visit."
