What are grasses? Find out with us! Our first meeting of the year: let's start again with nature!!! 🍀🍀🍀 We will go in search of wild herbs and propose tasty ideas to satisfy the palate. A walk through ancient olive trees in search of and picking wild herbs. Together with our friend and expert Paolo Buratti, we will observe, collect and talk about various uses in the kitchen. At around 12 noon we will arrive at Erika Chiarini's FRAMMENTI DI TERRA holiday farm, where we will have a review while waiting for lunch.
